  • 250grams brown sugar, divided
  • 200grams unsalted butter, melted, cooled
  • 250grams plain flour
  • 60grams old fashioned oats
  • 40grams pistachios, chopped
  • 1teaspoons cinnamon

Description

Mangoes stewed together with butter and brown sugar topped with crunchy spiced pistachio crumble - so simple but so delicious.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Toss the mangoes, lemon juice and and half the brown sugar together in a bowl letting the sugar dissolve for 10 minutes Place the mango mixture into a medium sized baking dish.

Step 2 of 2

Mix the remainder of the brown sugar, melted butter, flour, oats, pistachios and cinnamon together in a bowl until combined. Spread the crumble overtop of the fruit and bake in the oven for 40 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
