- 150grams honey
- 1 bunch rosemary, about 20 sprigs
- 2 1/3 cups English breakfast tea, made with 4 bags, cooled
- 1 medium orange, 1/2 juiced, 1/2 sliced

Description
This recipe makes a large batch of honey and rosemary syrup which will keep in the fridge for a few days so you can make another batch of iced tea.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Add the honey to a large saucepan and pour over 150ml of water. Bring to the boil, cook for 1 minute and add the rosemary sprigs. Cook for 2 minutes, remove from the heat and leave for 30 minutes to infuse.
Step 2 of 3
Add 4 tablespoons of rosemary syrup to the cooled tea along with orange juice.
Step 3 of 3
Serve in glasses with ice, rosemary sprigs and orange slices.
