  • 1/4 cup water
  • 100grams mixed berries, washed and drained
  • 200grams seedless grape, washed and drained
  • 3/4 cup yoghurt
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Description

This zesty and tangy dessert is balanced with a sweet and savoury yoghurt.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Heat up a saucepan to a medium heat and melt the sugar into the water for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 7

Remove from the heat, add the berries and grapes and set to one side.

Step 3 of 7

Once it has cooled down, use a hand blender to blitz the berry mix but not fully, leave it lumpy.

Step 4 of 7

Empty contents into a freezer suitable container and freeze for 2 hours but mixing and breaking it up every 30 minutes.

Step 5 of 7

In a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt with the maple syrup and cinnamon sugar.

Step 6 of 7

Remove the berries from the freezer and break up again.

Step 7 of 7

In a serving glass, layer the yoghurt and berries twice or 3 times per glass before serving.
