  • 4 eggs, whites only needed
  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup custard
  • 60grams white chocolate, grated
  • 30grams unsalted butter
  • 30grams icing sugar

Method

Step 1 of 5

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/170°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 5

Prepare 4 medium sized ramekins by buttering the bottom and edges, then cover with icing sugar and topple out any extra.

Step 3 of 5

In a mixing bowl beat the egg whites until peaks form.

Step 4 of 5

Now fold in the rest of the ingredients apart from the white chocolate and pour into the ramekins.

Step 5 of 5

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until nicely risen and browned. Serve with grated white chocolate on top.
