  • 400grams condensed milk, whites only needed
  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 10grams gelatine, soaked in water

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place the gelatine in water and allow to soak for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3 of 4

Add the gelatine from the water to the mixture and blend again until smooth.

Step 4 of 4

Pout the mixture into 4 serving dishes and allow to set in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
