  • 100grams brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 30grams unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 2tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1teaspoons allspice

A sweet and savoury warm dessert with a fresh and spiced cream.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 6

In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, butter and sugar for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 6

Once combine, incrementally add the flour.

Step 4 of 6

Now add the peaches and also the syrup and mix together well.

Step 5 of 6

Pour the mixture into a 6 inch baking tin and bake in the oven for 60 minutes and then allow to cool slightly.

Step 6 of 6

Whip the cream with the icing sugar and all spice and serve on top of the cobbler.
