- 125grams Unicorn Double Brie
- 1 apple
- 1 brown onion
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 egg
- 1teaspoons olive oil
- 2 sheets puff pastry

Method
Step 1 of 8
Preheat oven to 180C
Step 2 of 8
Dice onion and caramelise until soft and brown
Step 3 of 8
Peel and dice apple. Dicard core.
Step 4 of 8
Slice pastry in 10cm wide strips (keep the length of the pastry so that you can fold into a pocket once filled).
Step 5 of 8
Lay a few slices of Brie, a tablespoon of apple and onion onto pastry.
Step 6 of 8
Fold pastry over to form a pocket and pinch edges closed to form a parcel.
Step 7 of 8
Brush with egg and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Step 8 of 8
Baked until golden brown.
