Need some crunchy, choc-peanut cookies in a hurry? This breezy no-bake cookie recipe is packed full of tasty oats and crunchy pretzels. Simply refrigerate and enjoy.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat peanut butter, milk and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring, for 2 minutes or until smooth and combined. Remove from heat. Stir in pretzels and oats.

Step 2 of 2

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls of oat mixture onto tray. Use back of a spoon to flatten cookies slightly. Press a whole pretzel into each cookie. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
