- 100grams milk chocolate, chopped
- 8 white marshmallows
- 1teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Method
Step 1 of 4
Use a piece of paper towel to lightly grease the inside of each shot cup with oil. Place chocolates and condensed milk in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth.
Step 2 of 4
Fill one shot cup at a time with the mixture, tapping firmly on the bench to settle. Insert a spoon into the centre and tap again to even the top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set firm.
Step 3 of 4
Holding the spoon, dip the cup into hot water for 10 seconds, taking care not to get water on the chocolate. Remove from hot water, wipe cup dry and carefully pull spoon to remove chocolate from cup.
Step 4 of 4
Push a marshmallow down the spoon handle until it sits on top of the chocolate. Wrap in Cellophane and tie with ribbon.
