  • 2tablespoons nutella
  • 5milliliter oilve oil cooking spray
  • 1/4teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 cup self-raising wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2tablespoons caster sugar

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine flour, bicarbsoda and sugar in a bowl. Whisk Almond Breeze Almond Milk and egg in a jug. Add to flour and whisk to combine.

Step 2 of 3

Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour heaped tablespoons of batter into pan and spread mixture into 8cm rounds. Cook for 3 minutes each side,turning when bubbles appear on the surface. Remove from pan and keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter to make 16 pancakes.

Step 3 of 3

Place 4 pancakes onto each serving plate. Top with chocolate spread (recommended serving size 15g) and strawberries to serve.
