- 4tablespoons whipped cream (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture just comes to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat.
Step 2 of 2
Meanwhile, chop chocolate, reserving some for garnish. Stir chopped chocolate and cocoa into milk until melted and smooth. Pour mixture into glasses. Top with whipped cream and reserved chocolate. Serve.
