  • 1 cup milk
  • 50grams dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Method

Step 1 of 1

Warm salted caramel sauce and swirl half of it around the inside of a glass to coat. Place dark chocolate, chopped, into base of the glass. Heat milk in a saucepan until it just comes to the boil. Pour milk into glass over chocolate. Stir well to melt chocolate. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with remaining salted caramel sauce.
