  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 50grams mini marshmallows
  • 1tablespoons hundreds and thousands (to decorate)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Blend half the strawberries with the icing sugar, using a hand-held blender or food processor, until smooth.

Step 2 of 3

Put 1 scoop of ice cream in the bottom of each of 4 tall glasses, top with half the remaining quartered strawberries, spoon over half the strawberry purée and sprinkle with half the marshmallows.

Step 3 of 3

Repeat the layers and finish with a sprinkle of hundreds and thousands. Serve immediately.
