- 500grams pork loin steaks, cut into thin strips
- 200grams dried vermicelli rice noodles
- 1 carrot, grated
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2tablespoons roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 1/3 cup Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
Description
This easy hoisin pork and noodle stir-fry will wow any crowd at dinnertime. Pork loin steak strips and vermicelli rice noodles are coated in a flavoursome marinade.
Method
Step 1 of 5
To make marinade, place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup water and whisk to combine. Reserve half of the marinate and set aside.

Add pork to the remaining marinade and stir to coat. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Cook rice noodles according to packet instructions, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork. Stir-fry pork in batches for 3 minutes or until meat is browned. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining pork.
Step 5 of 5
Place noodles in a large bowl. Add reserved marinade and toss to coat. Add reserved cooking water to thin the sauce, if necessary. Divide noodle mixture among bowls. Top with pork, carrot, onion, peanuts and coriander. Serve.
