- 2tablespoons lime juice
- 500grams seedless red grape
- 50grams brown sugar
- 10grams gelatine
- 3tablespoons muscat dessert wine
- 1/3-plus 4 tsp cup whipped cream
- 2tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Description
This deliciously sweet jelly dessert has festive flavours with the cinnamon cream on top.
Method
Step 1 of 7
Heat up a saucepan to a medium heat and add the lime juice and grapes and sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 7
Mash the grapes with a potato masher and cook for 10 minutes while stirring.
Step 3 of 7
Soak the gelatine in water for 10 minutes.
Step 4 of 7
Remove the grapes from the heat and sieve the ingredients over a bowl to collect the juice. Get as much juice from the mixture as possible.
Step 5 of 7
Now remove the gelatine from the water and place in the grape juice with the muscat wine and combine fully.
Step 6 of 7
Pour the jelly mixture into 4 serving glasses and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
Step 7 of 7
The next day, serve with jelly with whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to serve.
