  • 2tablespoons clear honey
  • 4 bananas, cut in half lengthways
  • 2 dessert apples, grated
  • 300grams Greek yoghurt
  • 1 orange
  • 50grams walnuts, toasted
  • 2tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup

Method

Step 1 of 5

Melt the butter in a frying pan with the honey until it sizzles.

Step 2 of 5

Place the bananas in the frying pan, cut side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden.

Meanwhile, mix together the grated apple, yoghurt and orange rind.

Step 4 of 5

Spoon the bananas onto 4 warmed plates and top with a large dollop of the yoghurt mixture.

Step 5 of 5

Sprinkle over the nuts, then drizzle with the maple syrup and any juices from the pan to serve.
