- 2tablespoons clear honey
- 4 bananas, cut in half lengthways
- 2 dessert apples, grated
- 300grams Greek yoghurt
- 1 orange
- 50grams walnuts, toasted
- 2tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
- 2tablespoons maple syrup

Method

Melt the butter in a frying pan with the honey until it sizzles.
Step 2 of 5
Place the bananas in the frying pan, cut side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden.

Meanwhile, mix together the grated apple, yoghurt and orange rind.
Step 4 of 5
Spoon the bananas onto 4 warmed plates and top with a large dollop of the yoghurt mixture.
Step 5 of 5
Sprinkle over the nuts, then drizzle with the maple syrup and any juices from the pan to serve.
