Description
Get that cosy campfire feeling with this sensational s'mores doughnut recipe. Chocolatey, gooey and crunchy, this decadent dessert is easy and so delicious.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 5
Place dark chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Dip tops of doughnuts, one at a time, in chocolate. Stand, top-side up, for 30 minutes or until chocolate sets.

Meanwhile, spread sugar evenly over baking tray. Bake for 7 minutes or until edges of sugar start to melt and turn golden.

Using an electric mixer, beat egg white until soft peaks form. Carefully add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well until sugar dissolves and egg white is thick and glossy

Dollop meringue over doughnuts and lightly brown with a kitchen blowtorch (see Tip). Decorate doughnuts with biscuits and milk chocolate.

Tip:If you don’t have a kitchen blowtorch, place doughnuts under a hot grill for 30 seconds.
