An ice cream dessert with the irresistible combination of chocolate and peanut butter.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Get a suitable size bowl that is suitable for freezing also.

Step 2 of 5

Lightly sprinkle some water around the inside of the bowl and then cover the entire inside of the bowl with cling film.

Step 3 of 5

Place the ice cream into the bowl and flatten. Combine the brownies with the peanut butter and place the mix on top of the ice cream.

Step 4 of 5

Flatten the mix down as hard as possible and freeze for 2 hours.

Step 5 of 5

Remove from the freezer, flip out from the bowl and remove all the cling film.
