  • 70grams golden syrup
  • 1 medium orange, keep all zest and 4 tbs of juice
  • 50grams macadamia nuts, lightly crushed
  • 80grams gingernut biscuits, broken
  • 120grams shortbread biscuits, broken

Description

This dessert is packed with chocolate and plenty of crunch, with the freshness of orange.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat up a pan to a medium heat to combine and melt all the chocolate butter, syrup, zest and juice together.

Step 2 of 3

While this is melting, prepare your dessert bowl by sprinkling some water around the inside and then covering the inside with cling film and push against edges.

Step 3 of 3

Now combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and then thansfer to your serving bowl. Cover and allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
