  • 1teaspoons allspice
  • 4tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 80grams gingernut biscuits, lightly bashed
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream

Method

Step 1 of 4

In a blender, add the peaches with only 2 tablespoons of the syrup.

Step 2 of 4

Add the ricotta, allspice and jam to the blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3 of 4

Pour the mixture into 4 serving glasses and top with half of the crumbled gingernut biscuits.

Step 4 of 4

Top with whipped cream garnish with the rest of the gingernut biscuits before serving.
