This kosher snack or dessert is a sweet and savoury treat.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Soak the raisins in some water and let soak for 1 hour. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and then drain and leave to one side.

Step 2 of 3

Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl and combine with the oil and sugar and combine. Add the drained noodles to the mixture and combine.

Step 3 of 3

Add the cinnamon and drained raisins to the mixture and combine. Empty the mixture into a baking tray and cover with the breadcrumbs before baking for 40 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
