- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 brown onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup continental parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
- 500grams fettuccine pasta
- 2 cup tomato passata sauce
- 750grams fresh seafood marinara mix
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)
- 1/2 cup wine

Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook fettuccine in boiling water until just tender. Drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in wine and cook for 1 minute.

Add passata sauce. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Add marinara mix and stir to coat well with the sauce. Cook over a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until seafood has changed colour and is just cooked. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 of 3
To serve, divide pasta between bowls and spoon over the sauce.
