Description

Quick and easy dessert. Great for these hot summer days

Method

Step 1 of 5

Whip cream with electric mixer until thick and creamy

Step 2 of 5

Mix instant pudding mixture with milk as per packet instructions

Step 3 of 5

Fold in pudding mixture into the whipped cream. Gently stir until combined

Step 4 of 5

Now the easy part. Select a dish you want to use I used a casserole dish. Now add one layer of the pudding mixture. Then the next layer evenly add the Lady finger biscuits and finally on top of that the sliced bananas. You can repeat this step if you have space. I only had enough for one layer so I finished it off by topping it with the pudding mixture.

Step 5 of 5

Last but not least sprinkle over the crushed hazelnuts, cover with glad wrap and refrigerate overnight.
