Description
Simple crowd pleaser for the whole family. Mango is in season now so I am combining my two favourite into one dessert.
Method
Step 1 of 5
In a small pot, combine water, sugar, milk and coconut cream. Stir for one minute. Then gradually add gelatine powder. Stir continuously to dissolve the powder. Remove the mixture from heat once it starts to boil. Set it aside and let it cool down.
Step 2 of 5
Dice the mango into cubes.
Step 3 of 5
Once the coconut cream mixture cooled down, pour a layer into a rectangular container. Add in the diced mangoes from step 2 and put it in freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
After 10 minutes, take it out from freezer and repeat step 3 until the container is filled. Then refrigerate for a few hours.
Step 5 of 5
When it is cold, cut it into cubes with sharp knife and enjoy.
