  • 2 blocks chocolate (chopped)

Description

Learn how to make your own homemade chocolate block with berry & seeds topping. They’re so easy, delicious and perfect to gift (if you don't eat it all first).

Method

Step 1 of 4

Grease a 23 x 33cm (4.5cm deep) cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges.

Step 2 of 4

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium for 1 minute. Stir briefly with a metal spoon, then microwave for a further 1 minute. Stir until smooth, then set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.

Step 3 of 4

Pour chocolate in pan and spread evenly to cover base. Scatter over berry and seeds topping ingredients, then stand for 1 hour or until set.

Step 4 of 4

Cut chocolate into quarters to form 4 small blocks. Serve or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
