  • 3tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 50grams parmesan

Description

Crab and zingy lemon make this elegant fettuccine dish simple but delicious.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook the fettuccine according to pack instructions and drain, reserving a couple of tablespoons of starchy water.

Step 2 of 3

Melt the butter in a large pan on medium heat, add the garlic and spring onions and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the chilli and lemon zest and juice cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Add the pasta, starchy water as necessary, crab, parsley and black pepper, toss well and cook for 1 minute to warm the crab through. Serve with parmesan on top.
