- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 lobster tails, meat removed, sinue removed and chopped
- 100grams bacon lardons
- 500grams tagliatelle
- 1teaspoons sage, chopped
- 1teaspoons thyme, chopped
- 1teaspoons paprika
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 80grams gruyere cheese, grated
- 1 lemon, sliced into wedges for garnish

Description
The nutty flavours of the browned butter combine well with the fragrant herbs in the lobster dish.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Heat up a pan to a medium heat and then add 3 tablespoons of butter and allow to brown.
Step 2 of 6
Add the garlic, lobster and lardons to the pan and fry for 4 minutes while tossing.
Step 3 of 6
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions and then drain and set to one side.
Step 4 of 6
Add the herbs and tomatoes to the pan with the rest of the butter and fry for a further 3 minutes.
Step 5 of 6
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and combine fully with the pan ingredients for 2 minutes.
Step 6 of 6
Remove from the heat, grate the gruyere over the dish and serve a lemon wedge on the side.
