- 400grams tuna, tinned
- 50grams parmesan, grated

Description
Tuna and artichoke fettuccine is a simple store cupboard ingredient dish to have up your sleeve.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the fettuccine according to pack instructions and drain, reserving 200ml of starchy water.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat and cook the artichokes, garlic, lemon juice and zest for 3 minutes. Stir in the tuna, breaking up with a wooden spoon and cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Step 3 of 3
Tip the fettuccine into the pan and toss to coat, adding starchy water as necessary to loosen. Serve with parmesan and fresh parsley on top.
