- 2/3 cup dried apricots, quartered
- 180grams Turkish delight chocolate, roughly chopped

Discover how to make rocky road with this easy recipe. Create this much-loved crunchy, delicious chocolate slice in just 15 minutes.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a 17 x 27cm (3.5cm deep) slice pan with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above edges.
Step 2 of 4
Place melted chocolate, marshmallow, macadamia and apricot in a large bowl, stirring until well combined. Add Turkish delight chocolate and stir to combine.
Step 3 of 4
Spoon mixture over base of pan, gently pressing mixture with the base of a spoon to compact and remove air pockets. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until mixture has set.
Step 4 of 4
Using a hot knife, cut into 28 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
