  • 100grams white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup marshmallows, plus extra to decorate
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, plus extra to decorate
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, plus extra to decorate
  • 2teaspoons vegetable oil, to grease
  • 125grams shortbread, roughly crushed

Method

Step 1 of 2

Grease a 23cm bundt or ring tin with oil. Combine dark chocolate, marshmallow, walnuts, cranberries and shortbread in a medium bowl. Transfer to tin and smooth top. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until completely set.

Step 2 of 2

Remove from fridge and firmly tap tin on a chopping board until chocolate releases. Drizzle over white chocolate and top with extra marshmallows, walnuts and cranberries. Decorate with ribbon.
