Description
Learn how to make your own homemade chocolate block with rocky road topping. They’re so easy, delicious and perfect to gift (if you don't eat it all first).
Method
Step 1 of 4
Grease a 23 x 33cm (4.5cm deep) cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges.
Step 2 of 4
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium for 1 minute. Stir briefly with a metal spoon, then microwave for a further 1 minute. Stir until smooth, then set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
Step 3 of 4
Pour chocolate in pan and spread evenly to cover base. Scatter over rocky road topping ingredients, then stand for 1 hour or until set.
Step 4 of 4
Cut chocolate into quarters to form 4 small blocks. Serve or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
