- 6 hot cross buns with cadbury chocolate, halved
- 380grams rocky road mallows biscuits (2 packets)
- 6 scoop vanilla bean ice cream

Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place halved hot cross buns on tray and top each with a rocky road mallow.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 5 minutes, then remove tray from oven and flatten the rocky road mallows with the back of a spoon. Sandwich halves together with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
