Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat barbecue flat plate on medium heat. Place hot cross bun halves cut side down on flat plate and cook for 3-4 minutes or until toasted. Transfer to a serving plate.
Step 2 of 3
Place Milo in a medium mixing bowl. Transfer 1 scoop of the ice-cream to the bowl, then turn the bowl in a circular motion until ice-cream is coated in Milo. Transfer to a serving plate and repeat with remaining ice-cream scoop.
Step 3 of 3
Place coated ice-cream scoops between toasted hot cross buns and serve immediately.
