Method
Step 1 of 3
Line a 20cm cake tin with cling film, leaving sides to overhang. Flatten and place 4 bun bases into prepared pan. Spread with 1/2 tub ice-cream and top with 1/2 bottle of chocolate topping.
Step 2 of 3
Top with 4 flattened bun tops, 1/2 tub ice-cream and 1/2 bottle chocolate sauce. Repeat with remaining bun bases and 1/2 tub ice-cream. Freeze for a minimum of 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Step 3 of 3
Using edges of plastic wrap, lift out cake and place on board or plate. Top cake with remaining bun tops, scoops of remaining ice-cream and drizzle generously with chocolate topping to serve.
