Mackay's Chocolate Banana Pops

- crushed peanuts
- 1 large banana (ripe but firm)
- shredded coconut
- honey
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips white (or milk or dark chocolate)
- marshmallows
- puffed rice
- 1teaspoons oil (coconut or a very mild tasting oil)
- nut spread (peanut, almond, cashew etc)
- toothpicks (or wooden sticks)
Method
Step 1 of 4
Slice the banana into 1cm thick slices and skewer with a toothpick.
Step 2 of 4
Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 20 seconds, stir and repeat until melted.
Step 3 of 4
One at a time, dip the banana bites into the melted chips, place on a baking sheet that has been covered with parchment paper.
Step 4 of 4
Serve frozen or fresh.
