- 500grams Betty Crocker triple chocolate brownie mix
- 125grams butter, melted
- 2 free-range egg
- 400grams Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting
- 1 drop Queen Green Food Colour (to tint)
- 1 handful Dollar Sweets 100s & 1000s (red white and green) (to decorate)
- 1 drop Queen Red Food Colour Gel (to decorate)
- 80 Maltesers Milk Chocolate Buttons
Method
Step 1 of 2
Make brownies according to packet instructions, using butter and eggs. Cool in pan for 1 hour, then freeze for 30 minutes. Remove brownies from pan and cut into 16 squares, trimming sides if desired.
Step 2 of 2
Place vanilla frosting in a bowl. Tint green with food gel. Spread frosting over brownies. Scatter over sprinkles. Pipe a red cross over frosting with food gel. Arrange 5 chocolate buttons in a circle in the centre of each brownie to represent a bow. Serve.
