- 150grams Nestle mini Smarties
- 190grams butter, chopped
- 290grams Nestle bakers choice milk choc melts
- 1 1/3 cup Csr Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Grease a 19cm square cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm over edges.
Step 2 of 4
Place butter, choc melts, sugar and milk in a medium saucepan over low heat and cook, stirring continuously, until melted and combined. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
Step 3 of 4
Add egg, flour and cocoa powder, then stir until smooth and combined. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until just firm to touch. Cool in pan, then chill in fridge.
Step 4 of 4
Transfer brownie to a chopping board, then cut in half. Cut each half into 6 triangles to resemble a tree. Insert candy canes into tree bases. Use icing and Smarties to decorate.
