- 250grams Nice biscuits
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2-3teaspoons milk
- 1/2teaspoons vanilla essence
- 200grams M&M's (red and green)
- 34grams pink lifesavers
- 1/3 cup hundreds and thousands
Description
These easy Christmas cookie houses make great gifts. Make them as a festive activity and use your favourite lollies as decorations.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Mix icing sugar, milk and vanilla essence until smooth.
Step 2 of 5
Using icing, sandwich 2 biscuits together for the base.
Step 3 of 5
Use icing to set 2 biscuits in teepee shape. The icing will set pretty quickly.
Step 4 of 5
Decorate with M&M's. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. Optional: Put a candy cane inside each one.
Step 5 of 5
Wrap individually for little gifts.
