  • 190grams Woolworths rocky road mallows biscuits
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths white chocolate melts
  • 8 spearmint leaves
  • 8 jaffas

Description

Fun and easy way to have a Christmas pudding. Ideal for a Christmas morning tea plate or something fun on Christmas Day. Kids enjoy decorating these too.
Instruction tip
You could use Chocolate Royals if you'd prefer. Make sure you work quickly decorating the top because the chocolate can set quickly.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Melt the white chocolate melts in a bowl over boiling water.

Step 2 of 6

While the chocolate is melting, cut the spearmint leaves in half.

Step 3 of 6

Dip the top of the Rocky Road Mallow in the melted chocolate.

Step 4 of 6

Add the spearmint leaves leaving a space between them for the Jaffa.

Step 5 of 6

Put the Jaffa in the middle.

Step 6 of 6

Once all decorated, put in the fridge until ready to serve. They should go in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
