  • 1/2 cup custard powder
  • 150grams butter, softened
  • 1 1/3 cup self raising flour
  • 200grams white chocolate melts
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180°C and line two large baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Beat softened butter and sugar together with electric beaters until pale and creamy. Add the egg and beat until just combined.

Sift flour and custard powder over butter mixture, then stir gently to form a soft dough.

Step 4 of 5

Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls then place onto trays 3cm apart, flattening each slightly with the back of a lightly floured spoon. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and cool completely.

Step 5 of 5

Place white chocolate melts in a microwavable bowl and heat on 50% power for 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute, or until chocolate is melted and smooth. Spread 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate onto each biscuit and allow to set for 1 minute, then scatter with sprinkles.
