  • 100grams plain dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 400grams can prunes in apple juice, drained
  • 300grams Greek yoghurt
  • 10 raspberries (to decorate)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place the chocolate in a small microwave-proof bowl and melt in a microwave on medium for 1 minute. Stir and return to the microwave, checking every 20 seconds, until melted and smooth.

Step 2 of 3

Remove the stones from the prunes and whizz the flesh in a food processor or with a hand-held blender until smooth. Stir together the prune purée, yoghurt and chocolate until evenly mixed.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon into cups or glasses and decorate with chocolate shavings and some raspberries.
