  • 175grams sunflower spread
  • 175grams caster sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 175grams self-raising flour
  • 125grams icing sugar
  • 1 1/2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1tablespoons dolly mixture sweets (to decorate)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Line a shallow 18 x 28 cm baking tin with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Beat together the sunflower spread, caster sugar, eggs and flour until soft and creamy. Spoon the mixture into the tin, spread the surface level and bake in a preheated oven, 190°C for 20 minutes until golden and just firm to the touch.

Step 3 of 4

Mix together the icing sugar and lemon juice to make a smooth, runny icing, then drizzle over the cake with a teaspoon.

Step 4 of 4

Cut into 12 squares or fingers and pile a few dolly mixtures on top of each.
