Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan-forced. Grease and line a 20x10 cm loaf pan.

Combine flour, sugar, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Pour over combined eggs, milk, banana and butter. Mix well; pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
