- 50grams macadamia nuts, lightly crushed
- 50grams dark chocolate, diced
- 200grams flour
- 1teaspoons bicarbonate soda
- 1teaspoons cinnamon, dried
- 100grams butter
- 100grams brown sugar
- 2 medium eggs, free range
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract

Description
This moist and sweet loaf has an extra nutty flavour to compliment the perfect pairing of chocolate and banana.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Lightly rub 1 tsp of butter around a baking loaf tin. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 of 4
Combine the butter, sugar, cracked eggs, vanilla and banana and mix fully until the butter starts to soften.
Step 3 of 4
No add the banana, nuts and chocolate to the mixture. Now sieve the flour, baking soda and cinnamon to the mixture incrementally.
Step 4 of 4
Pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 60 minutes or until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
