Description
Almond butter and chopped almonds add nuttiness to this healthy and easy vegan banana bread recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 175°C/155°C fan-forced and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
Step 2 of 4
Whisk the flour, baking powder and soda together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the bananas, almond butter, vanilla and maple syrup.
Step 3 of 4
Tip the dry ingredients into the wet and mix gently to combine. Stir in the chopped almonds. Pour the batter into the loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes, until golden.
Step 4 of 4
Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
