Description
Banana and chocolate marble swirl muffins. A super fun addition to any packed lunch!
Method
Step 1 of 5
Mix the self raising flour and caster sugar together in a large bowl. Combine the lightly whisked eggs, milk and melted butter then add to the bowl. Add the mashed bananas too.
Step 2 of 5
Mix until just combined. Take just under half the mixture to put into a separate bowl to add the cocoa powder and extra tablespoon of milk then gently mix to combine.
Step 3 of 5
I used silicone muffin cases however you can use normal ones too. Alternate spoonfuls of banana and chocolate.
Step 4 of 5
Use a toothpick to have fun and swirl! I started in the middle and made a snail shell shape and also did a few straight lines through some to achieve many patterns.
Step 5 of 5
Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes turning the tray around after 15 minutes.
