Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 patty tins with paper patty cases.
Step 2 of 5
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Step 3 of 5
Fold in sifted flour alternately with milk. Stir in white chocolate bits.
Step 4 of 5
Spoon mixture into prepared tins and bake 15 minutes until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.
Step 5 of 5
Spread cupcakes with white chocolate melts. Decorate with smarties, icing flowers, silver cachous or anything fun and edible.
