- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 1/2 cups milo
- 1/2 cups milk

Description
Perfect treat snack for the whole family.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cream together the nuttelex and sugar.
Step 2 of 6
Add 3 eggs to mixture and mix until all combined.
Step 3 of 6
Add milo to mixture and mix until combined.
Step 4 of 6
Sift in self raising flour and add milk and gently mix until everything is combined.
Step 5 of 6
Line a muffin tin with muffin cases. Fill cases with a large spoon of mixture approximately filling 3/4 of the muffin case. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
Step 6 of 6
Sift icing sugar over the top. Alternatively you could ice the cakes with a butter cream icing and sprinkle some more milo over the top.
