- 155grams brown sugar
- 300grams frozen berries
- 250milliliter buttermilk
- 60milliliter vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly whisked

Description
Easy to make, too easy to eat moist berry muffins.
Method
Step 1 of 9
Preheat oven 180°c fan forced
Step 2 of 9
Line or grease muffin tray.
Step 3 of 9
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Step 4 of 9
Add and fold through frozen mixed berries of your choice.
Step 5 of 9
Add buttermilk, oil and egg. Fold through gently. Do not overmix otherwise your muffins will be tough.
Step 6 of 9
Spoon mixture into muffin cups.
Step 7 of 9
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a test skewer shows that the muffin has cooked.
Step 8 of 9
Allow to cool in tray. Turn out onto cake rack to cool.
Step 9 of 9
Serve plain or with a topping of your choice.
