- 250grams dessicated coconut
- 395grams condensed milk
- 100grams dessicated coconut (to dust on top)
- 100milliliter hershey caramel sauce

Delicious, easy to make choc, caramel scotch finger balls
Method
Step 1 of 6
Crush scotch fingers until a mixture of fine and larger crumbs.
Step 2 of 6
Add cocoa, coconut and condensed milk with the biscuits.
Step 3 of 6
Combine all ingredients until mixed.
Step 4 of 6
Begin to roll into balls and break each ball apart and add a small drop of caramel sauce in the middle before rolling back into a ball.
Step 5 of 6
Dust each ball with coconut.
Step 6 of 6
Set in the fridge, and enjoy once cooled.
